The stable block has been rendered in a colour that blends it in well with the natural surroundings. The stable is built with 7 boxes, EU measurements 3,3m x 3,5m and a shower area for the horses. All boxes are fitted with automatic water supply.
There is also a small apartment of approximately 25m2 fitted in to the stable buildings. The apartment is fitted with a modern kitchen and bathroom with a shower; (Septic tank fitted) the materials used are also of the highest quality.
Hot water to the kitchen, shower and horse shower is provided by a solar driven automatic system, the tank is 150 litres. The electricity is produced by solar power and stored in a battery pack, in the unlucky event of no sunshine for a couple of days there is also a petrol driven generator installed, it is also connected to the battery pack.

To make the life easier there is a WIFI system installed and the property is also 24h over watched by a security cameras system.
The water supplied is bought from a neighbour and pumped in to the big Tolmet cistern placed in the highest location of the property to provide more than enough water pressure naturally, from the cistern the water is lead to the stable to supply water to the automatic water feeders and shower in the stable, to the kitchen, toilet and shower. There are also fitted water out takes on the stable and a water supply has been prepared for the future planned coffee shop.
It is also prepared a watering system for the professionally built riding arena of 35m x 70m. This arena is built according to Olympic standards and has three layers of different gravel each layer has its unique purpose, between layer one (1) and layer two (2) there is a GEO-Textile layer.
The property has about 5, 3 hectares of land, perfect for keeping horses and facing the Natural Park Els Ports de Beceit and you can see “Les Roques de Benet” a group of impressive rocks that are placed in the middle of the flatland in the Natural Park. These impressive and stunning rocks are about 300 meters high. The property is situated right in the middle of Matarraña region called the Spanish Tuscany by CNN.
The property has great access for any family car. This property is the last property on the road so no traffic can pass and are not permitted to pass. In one of the horse paddocks there are a new built field shelter, which is loved by the horses and offers great sun protection during the hottest part of the summer.
The land is fully fenced, one part with 2 metres high fence and the rest with electric. The property has a border line towards the popular tourist attraction the Via Verde, on Via Verde you can either ride a horse, cycle or walk, no motor vehicles are allowed. The idea was to build a track from Via Verde to the Property and then on to a planned coffee shop where cold food and drinks would be offered to arriving guests.
The property is fully legal and will be sold with all the legal documentation needed. There is also an Activity Licence (Licensia de Actividad), for 7 horses on the property.
