On top of that, it is possible to spot up to 150 specimens of birds in peak periods, which makes it a paradise for bird watchers.
The current owners let their four Spanish stallions out onto the land daily to graze, play and exercise. There are electric fence poles set up alongside one side of the land towards the quiet farmers village of El Campico. At present, the fence is not live but could easily be restored. A local internet supplier currently has a mast located on the land, providing the Finca with free internet. Imagine working from home in this stunning location and not having to pay for your internet!
