The property has good access, and from the entrance gate a driveway leads past a play area to the stone-clad house. To the front of the house is a covered porch and from here double doors open into the lounge which has the original hand made stone floors and an open corner fireplace. A door from the lounge leads into a bodega with wine storage racks and barrels. The bodega also houses the batteries for the solar system. A hallway off the lounge leads to a traditional Andalucian style kitchen with original fireplace. The hallway also gives access to three double bedrooms and a bathroom comprising bath with shower over, WC and basin.

To the rear of the house is an outbuilding which would be suitable for keeping chickens, etc. To the left of the house, a track leads down to the guest apartment which is currently an open plan space, ready to be divided into rooms, and could easily accommodate 3 bedrooms. It has a large terrace with fabulous views. The apartment is situated on the first floor, and below the apartment is a large workshop / storeroom which could be converted to further guest accommodation. In addition there is a separate agricultural building, a good sized storeroom with water, a barn with 3 stables, a large room housing farm machinery and 3 wooden horse shelters. The property benefits from its own well which never runs dry, along with original arabic water channels which run all year round, fed by natural underground water.

A track from the house leads to a full size concrete tennis court and, from here, a stone path leads to a garden area with a natural lake which is filled when the winter snow melts. The path continues on to the chapel which was built on an old threshing circle and has views towards the town of Ohanes. The current owners have held three weddings in the chapel, with a marquee being erected on the tennis court! Just along from the chapel, a track leads to the town and on the way down is an area created to sit and enjoy the views. It is a 10 minute drive to the town from the finca.

Between the chapel and the house is a vineyard planted with a variety of grapes, and a paddock with almond trees and a basic animal shelter. A pathway above the paddock leads to a garden area with a concrete pergola, and a natural spring which feeds into a small water deposit. Electricity is currently via a solar system, although mains electricity is around 1km from the house so could be connected if preferred, and the buildings already have 220V wiring installed.

The finca includes 1.5 hectares planted with Californian walnuts, 12 hectares of almonds which produce 25-30.000kg per year and an orchard planted with 150 olive trees and around 80 other fruit trees. The trees are all watered via a drip irrigation system. In addition there are 80 bee hives, and a cattle area with horses, sheep, rabbits and Iberian pigs. The animals provide the biological control of weeds and production of manure for the crops. All necessary machinery for the cultivation and harvesting of crops is included.
