Along the corridor from the lounge, the next room on the left is bedroom three which is currently set up with a single bed but could accommodate a double, with fitted wardrobe.

The next room on the right is the family bathroom, a good size room with bath with shower over and glass screen, WC, pedstal wash hand basin, mirror with storage either side.

At the end of the corridor is bedroom two, a double room with fitted wardrobes.

The corridor leads around a corner to the master bedroom with a circular room feature having three windows over looking the garden, fitted wardrobes and a door leading into the en suite shower room comprising a fitted corner shower cubicle with sliding glazed doors, WC, pedestal wash hand basin.

A back door leads from the utility room opening out to the lovely patio area with table and chairs and a pedestrian gate opening onto the gravelled area which has a chicken run and duck pond, all the fantastic views. At the far side is a gate leading to the pool area and further on access to the land which is suitable for horses as previously mentioned.

On the other side of the garage is some land fenced off separately surounding the workshop. The workshop is divided into two: one large room with a log burner in the corner, the second room has a sink fitted, this room could be converted into a separate annexe if required as it has a kitchenette and a WC already in there or be used as a home office, many possibilities.

A gate from the workshop are leads to the land on the other side planted almond trees.

This is a well maintained property with mains water and electricity connected, heating serviced via wood burner to radiators throughout the villa.
