It is a cortijo with olive grove of approximately 107,077m2, located in the municipality of Paradas (Seville), 5 km from the city center, right on the regional road SE-5200 that connects Paradas to the Marchena - Carmona highway.

The cortijo consists of a plot of approximately 23,000 m² fenced with metal mesh, a main gate with automatic door and a rear gate that connects this plot with the olive grove area that occupies the rest of the total plot.

In the recreation area there is a house of 128 m² with 4 rooms, a fireplace (year 2003) and bathroom. Adjacent to the house there is a 256 m² warehouse for agricultural or multi-purpose implements, made of concrete blocks and with the polished concrete floor. On the other side of the house is the 12 x 6 m swimming pool, surrounded by grass, with a picnic area at the end. At the pool we also find a storage area with the pool's filter installation and a bathroom.

To the right of the cortijo is the round pen with a diameter of 18 meters, a pigsty and small stands, as well as a bar connected to the kitchen.

About 100 m from the house there are stables of approximately 100 m2 for various livestock and the main spring that supplies the farm with both housing water and irrigation. The garden is also equipped with drip irrigation.

The olive grove consists of three parts: a part with Manzanillo olive trees of about 30 years old and about 29,200 m² in size, another part with Manzanillo-Garrotes and some Gordales, planted in 2004, and about 13,000 m² of Marteños olive trees in the part furthest from the house.

All these olive trees have drip irrigation, supplied by the 2 wells that the property has, one exclusive to the house, made in September 2001 with a depth of 57, and another made in May 2020 with a depth of 100 meters. Both sources are fully legalized. The electricity was installed in 2005, and the older pipes were also retained.

This beautiful cortijo has 5 independent deeds covering the entire estate, although they only appear as two unique properties in the Catastro.

This cortijo is definitely worth a visit and offers many possibilities.
